The project is being executed under the Caribbean Meteorological Office or CMO under the Ministry of Agriculture. The execution unit is the CMO, Trinidad, W.I. 2.2 The works to be executed under this project include:

i. Construction of a 31m high Doppler Radar Tower.
ii. Construction of an access roadway from the Timehri Airport Road to the site.
iii. Construction of a total of 4nr retaining walls.
iv. Construction of a generator and electrical room.
v. External works ancillary thereto.
