The Caricom Secretariat Headquarters is considered as one of the most prominent Buildings in Guyana The Building floor area is approximately 80,000 square feet, comprising of several offices. Our services for this project was very unique since our team undertook analyses of ventilation, building, fire, electrical, plumbing, materials and equipment analyses concurrent with the conceptual, preliminary and final design processes in close coordination with the Client.
